Lenny Roach is the founder of Roach International LLC, his 40 year background includes extensive experience in design, engineering, manufacturing, operations/logistics, supply chain, product development, quality control, continuous improvement, software/firmware development, product cost reductions, product target costing, cost control, new product introduction, electronic packaging design, miniaturization, project management, and trade - off analysis for products ranging from Multi-Chip Modules, PC Cards, Cell Phones, Smart Terminals, RFID Tags, Wireless Base Station cabinet size systems through to products for the Medical industry. Seventeen of these years working in Bell Laboratories, concentrating on Manufacturing Research and Development.

- We performed Cost Reduction and reduced cost of the plastics from over $200.00 per set to under $15.00 per set. We did this by eliminating post plastic injection molding machining. Replacing tactical mechanical switches mounted on a PCB, with a Membrane Switch with an Overlay.
